The institute developed language and soft skills training designed for the immigrants assimilating into the United States working population and culture. The institute also developed job training programs to train for the clerical service, customer service and health service training. Over the years the students from this institute have been placed in jobs as stockpersons, warehousemen, housekeepers, janitors, food servers, sales, front desk receptionists, seamstresses and general helpers in San Francisco and Bay Area. The institute provides pre employment training, vocational skills training, workplace literacy and employment services.
