Nestled in a suburban setting on the southern edge of the peninsula, Eckerd College, Florida was established in 1958.     For the students, Eckerd College offers Pre-professional programs in dentistry, theology, and veterinary medicine as well as engineering and applied science (a 3-2 program), law and medicine.

    Admission Procedures:

    For admission at Eckerd College, FL the students must submit complete application with $35 as application fee. Eckerd College follows rolling admission policy. The SAT or ACT scores are required for admission.

    Accommodation Facilities:

    Accommodation facilities are available for the students at Eckerd College. Over 79 percent of all Eckerd College students live in dorms which are small and informal and help to build up friendship. Apartment-style town houses are also there on campus, but this is only for the upperclassmen. Students can take part in various cultural programs that are planned for the College community. A large part of all Eckerd College students is benefited by some form of financial aid.
