Laboure College

Introduction:

Laboure College was founded in the year 1892. Laboure College is a catholic, non residential college. The college is affiliated to Caritas Christi Health System. The college offers courses in the areas of nutrition, health information, nursing, and radiation therapy and neurodiagnostic technology. The college awards Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RNs) and the associate in science degree in nursing and in allied health. The Laboure College offers several services like library, financial assistance etc. the students are also provided several services like various health care settings, learning resource center, student lounges and meeting spaces. The students are also offered flexible schedules so that they can easily fit the program in their busy schedule. The classes are taken in small size so that the students can get more attention of the instructors. The instructors are experts with several years of work experience.

Course Details:

Laboure College offers courses that awards Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RNs) and the associate in science degree in nursing and in allied health. The students can opt from the following areas:

  • Electroneuro diagnostic Technology
  • Radiation Therapy

    The college also provides certificate programs in coding program, health information technology, distance learning END, nutrition and Food Management etc. The programs are designed to promote individual growth, personal development and critical thinking of the students. The programs train the students to be industry ready when they graduate. The students adapt the skill and develop the mindset required for the patient care.

    Admission Procedures:

    The students opting for admission in Laboure College must provide documents of their high school diploma or equivalency. As college preparatory background, the students must have two years of maths and one life science with laboratory component. The students whose mother tongue is not English and had not graduated from any American high school must provide scores of Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The admission is competitive; meeting the minimum admission criteria does not ensure that the student will get admission.

    Accommodation facilities:

    Laboure College does not offer any housing facilities. The students will have to arrange their own accommodation. The students will find several housing options near the campus. They should opt for housing close to the campus so that they can have an easy access to the classrooms, library and other college resources.
