LaGrange College

Introduction:

LaGrange College was established in the year 1831. It is a private college in Georgia. It is the oldest college in Georgia. It is affiliated with the United Methodist Church. The college is located in LaGrange, Georgia. It houses more than 1,000 students. For every 11 students there is one teacher hence students get extra care and personalized attention, which helps the students to succeed in their career. The college started of as an institution dedicated for female education. In 1851 it got the name La Grange Female College. In 1934 it got its present name. LaGrange is part of the North Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church. LaGrange is a member of NCAA Division 111. The college tuition fee is affordable, and it provides quality education. The focus of this college is liberal arts and sciences.

    Accommodation Facilities:

    On-campus accommodation is offered at LaGrange College. Candler, Hawkes, Hawkins, J.K. Boatwright, Pitts, Turner, and Waights G. Henry Jr residence halls houses the students at LaGrange. Students will have to apply for the housing through online forms. The residence halls have laundry facilities. The rooms are furnished for the convenience of the students. Students wishing to stay at off-campus locations will have to locate housing facilities on their own. Generally there are apartments near the campus which can be taken on rent by the students. The rates are easily afforded by the students.
