Manchester College which was founded by the United Brethren Church in Roanoke, Indiana in 1860 was originally a Seminary which was later moved to North Manchester, Indiana in 1889 and became the Manchester College and has been accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools since 1932. It is an independent, liberal arts and Science College and has been receiving the Best College ranking for fourteen consecutive years till yet. The students of the Manchester College are guided by about 72 qualified faculty members who prepare them to assume responsible roles in the society and become the future leaders. The student to faculty ratio is approximately about 13: 1 which enables the teachers to pay adequate attention to their students.
