Manchester College


Manchester College which was founded by the United Brethren Church in Roanoke, Indiana in 1860 was originally a Seminary which was later moved to North Manchester, Indiana in 1889 and became the Manchester College and has been accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools since 1932. It is an independent, liberal arts and Science College and has been receiving the Best College ranking for fourteen consecutive years till yet. The students of the Manchester College are guided by about 72 qualified faculty members who prepare them to assume responsible roles in the society and become the future leaders. The student to faculty ratio is approximately about 13: 1 which enables the teachers to pay adequate attention to their students. In order to ensure that no deserving student is deprived Manchester College makes every possible effort to arrange for Financial Aids for its students.

Courses Details:

Manchester College offers about more than 55 areas of study to choose from and offers programs leading to the Associate of Arts, the Bachelor of Arts and the Bachelor of Science degrees. Associate of Arts degrees are available in the following:

    Admission to Manchester College has been made easy by its online application policy. One can apply just by simply completing and submitting the online application form. No fee is charged for applying. One can apply for admission in Manchester College after completing their junior year in High School. Applicants are selected only after a thorough evaluation of the application and taking into consideration one's academic achievements, aptitude and motivations. Selected applicants are usually informed within two weeks after submission of application. For First Year Student Application the following are needed to be submitted:

    Accommodation Facilities:

    Though Manchester College does not provide the facility of campus housing, however there are several hotels and motels available at low rates which the students can avail easily for staying.
