Massachusetts College of Art and Design is a college of Visual and Applied Arts and is a public College offering quality education in a vibrant learning environment. This College is the one and only publicity-funded Art School boasting a free standing in United States. This College is accredited by the popular organizations such as New England Association of Schools and Colleges. It is also affiliated by the National Association of Schools of Arts and Design. The College was established in the year 1873 and boasts a student strength of 1653 approximately out of which approximately 1504 are Undergraduate students and 149 are Postgraduate students. The College is also popularly known as MassArt. Apart from the residential buildings, the College also boasts six buildings that are all interconnected and are known as Kennedy, South, North, East, Collins and Tower Building.
