Established in 1915, Rochester Community and Technical College or RCTC is not just Minnesota's oldest, rather it belongs to the oldest - original community colleges in the U.S. Serving some 7,500 students in credit courses and approximately 3,000 in noncredit courses, RCTC is a renowned coeducational, community college and is placed in the city of Rochester, Minnesota. The college has been renamed quite a few times and finally it was renamed in 1996.
