With a history that dates back to 1905, St. Vincent's College has come to be recognized as a premier institute in health science education. St. Vincent's College is accredited and licensed by the State of Connecticut Board of Governors for Higher Education. Apart from this the institute is also accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc. the curriculum offered at the institute always bears in mind the needs of the greater community. The community based Catholic college is an affiliate of the St. Vincent's medical Center. The college also offers online and hybrid courses. For admission at St. Vincent's College, a prospective student has to submit complete application form with an application fee of $50. High school transcripts, or GED and a complete resume (of students who have passed out of high school) will be needed for admission. SAT or ACT score for high school students and TOEFL scores for international students are necessary. The college does not accept transfer credits from international colleges or universities. A non refundable deposit of $200 has to be made by the student to confirm offer of admission.
The college does not provide housing facility to its students. However, apartments on rent and shared apartments and student lodging facility are available around the college area.
