Wabash College

Introduction:

Wabash College was established in the year 1832.It is a college exclusively for men. The institution has a very good record of study especially in the section of liberal arts. Students having high merit to achieve their desired goal, take admission here. Its aim is to give their students a high quality study in an academic atmosphere. It is situated in Crawfordsville, Indiana and is 150 miles southeast of Chicago and 45 miles northwest of the city of Indianapolis. The institute has four beautiful campus halls. The rooms are comfortable enough having all the necessary access. The whole campus is very beautiful and well protected.



Courses Details:

Students have to complete thirty-four courses, which include the sophomore-level course on cultures and traditions and freshman tutorial. In addition, they have to show efficiency in a foreign language along with English. After passing the senior viva -voce and written examinations they get their graduation degree. Their courses are divided into three categories. The categories are as follows:

    Admission Procedures :

    The admission is based on the scores of SAT or ACT. Student's higher Secondary school record, class ranking and, test marks are very important factors too. There is no open admissions system in the institute. Students having English as a second language have to sit for the TOFEL.

    Accommodation Facilities:

    The institute has four large and beautiful campus halls. The names of the halls are Wolcott Hall, Martindale Hall, College Hall and Morris Hall. The rooms are comfortable enough having wireless Internet access and cable access. The whole campus is well protected. Also a number of students stay in the rental houses. Lots of hotels and rental houses are available in Indianapolis and Chicago in reasonable prices.
