Clark University


Established in 1887 by industrialist Jonas Clark, Clark University is located in Worcester, Massachusetts. This university has a unique identity as a founding member of the Association of American Universities. Apart from Clark, just two other New England universities Harvard and Yale share this excellent honor. This private research university and liberal arts college is also considered to be one of the best colleges in the U.S. Over 2,000 undergraduates and postgraduates are accommodated by Clark University and here the students will find myriad of undergraduate and graduate programs in various fields of study. Doctoral degree is the highest degree offered at Clark University. Eight research institutes and centers are run by this higher learning institution. These are The Jacob Hiatt Center for Urban Education, The Strassler Family Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies, The George Perkins Marsh Institute, The William and Jane Mosakowski Institute, The Center for Risk and Security (CRS), The Center for Technology, Environment and Development (CENTED), The Center for Community-Based Development (CCBD) and Clark Labs for Cartographic Technologies and Geographic Analysis.

    Admission Procedures:

    Not all the students get admitted at Clark University as the university does not follow open admission policy. With the completed admission form, the students are required to submit all the credentials, SAT or ACT scores and official transcripts. Application could be sent online and it must reach within the stipulated date.

    Accommodation facilities:

    Clark University provides the students with accommodation facilities. The residence halls are Bullock, Sanford, Johnson and Wright, Dana and Hughes, Dodd as well as Maywood and Blackstone. Various off campus housing options are also available near the campus.
