Saint Thomas University


Established1961, Saint Thomas University has started its journey with just 45 students. Now, this U.S higher learning institution has been recognized as one of the most comprehensive Catholic coeducational universities in Florida. The University of Saint Thomas is positioned in the Miami suburb of Miami Gardens, Florida and it is equidistance from Fort Lauderdale and downtown Miami. Being sponsored by the Archdiocese of Miami, this esteemed university is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. More than 2,500 students are served by St Thomas University who are from twenty-eight states including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands as well as sixty-five countries.

Course Details:

A large number of courses are offered by the University of Saint Thomas. Admission Procedures:

Since Saint Thomas University is one of the most desirable higher learning institutions in the U.S, a large number of students apply for admission. But all of them do not get chance to study here. The Admissions Committee selects the students according to their personal accomplishments, enthusiasm, and the academic major. Secondary school records, class rank, a personal interview, SAT or ACT scores, a recommended 250- to 300-word personal essay as well as a teacher's or guidance counselor's recommendation are the key things to crack into Saint Thomas University. Transfer students with good academic standing with a GPA of at least 2.25 are also welcomed.
